Refund Policy

Refund review starts when an order cannot be fulfilled within the committed operating window.

Requests should include the order ID and a short description of the issue.

Completed deliveries are normally not refundable unless the order record shows a store-side failure.

Support should always be contacted before any payment dispute is opened externally.
